Are we both but dreams

In the sparking eyes of love ?

You my solace of mid-day leisure

You my evening's pole star

You my glass of burgundy wine

You the wound, behind all my scar !

You my thirst on a sunny hot day

You my first July shower

You my autumn's bare branch

You a bloom of my fragrant bower !

You my love, first and last

You my craving and my want

You the wind below my wings

You my tears, in all my dent !

You my throbbing pulse

You my gust of fresh breath

You are my beautiful life

And you my ultimate truth, my death !

Tied in freedom, 

Love spreads wings

Soars in the heart, 

Heart is the carmine sky

Treads towards 

A rendezvous 

That shall never be..

Love freshens up 

In the dried memory 

Of a strangulated rose

Hidden in an old book

In thousand unspoken words..

From an unsung song

It forms an unheard melody

A symphony, a blend

Countless ways to say

I love you in my silence,

Let us dance softly

On the tip of a wave

Hold my hands

As I keep my balance

Beneath our feet

Together in the breeze

And a tune take form

From our lips to our ears

Let the world go deaf..

Let us sit, doing nothing

One evening, simply gazing

At the round moon,

A Gardener's Note

Spring has arrived in my bower

Glimmering in a golden cover

Tender petals shivers in joy

Oh, where art thou, come 

Sit for a while with me

As I sit alone and wonder ..

Handcrafted by fine master

Divine appears my garden

I, the gardener, sit and watch

My sweet little eden..

Each movement awakens me

Be it the breeze on a leaf
Or a squirrel up the tree

Says, you have planted this blithe

Learn gardener, learn to believe !

Mornings when butterfly flutters

Or at noon when birds sing

My garden becomes my joy

Amidst all gloomy things..

If someday you happen to cross

My planted land of colour

Sit a while, gaze a while

And do not forget to pick a flower...

This gardener has kept 

Few blooms only for you

Her spring shall get its all

When you get, from it, a flower, new !

Journey

As day ends, thoughts embrace

In me, again you find a place

Far beyond, where the world end

From there, I take a turn, a bend..

I do not know, where I intend to go

Nor am sure of a coming tomorrow

Yet I walk, one step and another

My journey to nowhere, begins forever..

Disowned love, blemished soul

Yet I shall not stop, and shall roll

Green carpet of wild grass

Be it the wild flowers all across

I shall sit, alone but not forlorn

For I have nothing to mourn

In you that I had once found me

What a joy it is to lose myself in thee..

Only words shall end, silence shall be

You shall be, and there shall be me..

What if all ends, even this earth

Love shall be opulent even in extreme dearth..

Days have a habit of coming in, going away..

But you shall be, I shall be, close by, far away

Beyond the reach of eyes, beneath the shade of heart

Your wishes shall live in me, till from the world I part...

When life leaves me weak and fragile

And I come on the verge of giving up

You, needn't hold me then..

You just be my strength..

When darkness begins to gather in me

And all appears black, in and out

You, needn't hold a candle for me

You just be my light ...

When I get lost, and cannot find a path

And Crisscross, zigzag seems all roads

You needn't help me find my way

You just be my guiding star..

When I fall sick, frail appears my skin

And death seems close by

You needn't heal me on my bedside

You just be my peace then..

When they bury my mortal remains

And give me new beginning 

You needn't shed a tear or two

You just be my epitaph, in lucid writing..

When they say with me love has ended

And they whirl a story untrue, made up

You needn't state them the fact for me

You just be my sole truth then..
