Heart a memory keeper..
Soul reverts back to past..
Goes back, stays there..
As if it shall forever last..!
Years come in, and pass by..
A day again becomes night..
Yet those golden glow..still,
Transmits from fading light !
Nothing to hold on..
Time, some sand on palm..
I write, re-write my story..
Within me a storm, outside calm !
Yet again, I start to live..
Yet again, that you breathe..
Some sky and cloud above us..
And a lot of earth, beneath !
Living together, far away..
Hoping against hope..
A slice of life escapes in gasp..
You an illusion, I a dupe !
